1 Service Description

We provide custom digital signature design services based on the customer’s name, initials, or specific preferences. This is a personalized digital product and not a physical item unless otherwise mentioned.

2 Custom Work & Personalization

Customers must provide correct spelling of their name.

Any special style requests must be clearly mentioned at the time of order.

Once the design process has started, changes may be limited.

3 Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days.

Delivery is done via email/WhatsApp in high-quality digital format (PNG/JPG/PDF).

Delays may occur during high order volume.

4 Revisions Policy

We don't offer free revisions.

Design concept changes after approval are not allowed.

5 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since this is a customized digital product, refunds are not applicable once the design process has started.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

After full payment, the customer receives personal usage rights.

Reselling, redistribution, or commercial resale of the design is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to showcase the design in our portfolio unless the customer requests privacy.

7 Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing correct information.

We are not liable for errors caused due to incorrect details submitted by the customer.

8 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Legal issues arising from misuse of the signature
  • Bank rejection or official document rejection
  • Any fraudulent use of the signature

9 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
